Consists of two or more people, In person, Via Phone, Zoom

Building a healthy relationship with yourself  to have healthy relationships with others. sessions are for singles & Couples. In Person, Via Phone, Zoom. 

Workshop consists of a personalized binder with writing materials. workshop will cover various topics such as trauma, learning to process pain/grief. Mindfulness,  Doubt, fear, anger, guilt, self awareness,identifying blockages, purpose and your past to move you forward towards present/future goals. WRITING is REQUIRED that is where the WORK Takes place along with conversations. sessions will take place twice a week via Phone, In person, (phZoom. Upon Completion you will receive a certificate.

Guidance readings are done with guidance cards, It is to help you with clarity around a specific challenge etc. You will be asked to pick a number 1-44 that number allows me to pick up on your energy and give a reading that will resonate with you or whatever you could be struggling with and give you the clarity & tools  you need to move forward.
